These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies governing all reservations made through our website. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Definitions

“Guest”, “You” – The person making the reservation and staying at the property.

“Company”, “We”, “Us” – The accommodation provider managing the property.

“Booking Engine” – The system through which reservations are made.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the required prepayment or full payment, depending on the chosen rate.

• Guests must provide accurate personal information, including full name, email address, and valid payment details.

• Any outstanding balance must be settled according to the booking conditions shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the check-in date.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 45 days of check-in are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be retained.

Last-Minute Bookings

For reservations made within 45 days of the check-in date, guests may cancel within the first 48 hours after booking and receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation for Last-Minute Bookings

If cancellation occurs after the initial 48-hour window, no refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Modification Policy

Changes to reservation dates, guest details, or suite type are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply.

Guests are encouraged to request modifications as early as possible.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times are stated in the booking confirmation.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be offered upon request and subject to availability and extra fees.

• Valid identification may be required at check-in.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with us, guests agree to:

• Respect the property, its equipment, and its rules.

• Maintain reasonable noise levels and avoid disturbing neighbors.

• Report any damages or issues during their stay.

• Ensure the number of guests does not exceed the reservation details.

Guests are liable for any damages caused by themselves or accompanying individuals.

7. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

• Guests must ensure their personal safety during their stay.

• The Company is not liable for disruptions due to external factors such as power outages, weather conditions, or local infrastructure issues.

8. Force Majeure

In cases of unexpected events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may review the cancellation policy and offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.

9. Refund Process

When refunds are applicable, they will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

10. Website Terms of Use

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

• The website must not be used for any unlawful or harmful activity.

11. Governing Law
